Guarantee Conditions
- Proper oral hygiene must be maintained according to our dentist's instructions
- Annual free check-ups at Medicare Dental Clinic are mandatory to maintain the guarantee
- All recommended maintenance treatments must be followed as advised by our dental professionals
- Prosthetics must be used properly and only under normal chewing forces
- The guarantee does not cover damage caused by trauma, gum disease, bone disease, or unpaid invoices
When the Guarantee May Be Voided
- Skipping the mandatory annual check-ups at Medicare Dental Clinic
- Poor oral hygiene or failure to follow recommended cleaning protocols
- Applying excessive force or using dental work improperly
- Damage due to neglect, malnutrition, trauma, systemic illness, or chemical damage
- Treatment or repair performed by a non-Medicare Dental Clinic professional
- Delayed reporting of issues (over 2 workdays from when the problem is noticed)
